Construction Engineer

We are looking for a talented Construction Engineer to join our growing team in Louisville, KY.

The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for each construction project. The ideal candidate will be a “people person” with a positive attitude and great problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Provide civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design/build solutions for equipment/systems in a variety of applications including but not limited to: air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting systems, HVAC, etc.

·Provide engineering support for system design/build activities including: design review, drawings, calculations, project management, etc.

·Provide project management support for complex projects including: schedules, cost/time estimates, quality control, etc.

·Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

·Technical knowledge of Construction, engineering principles and practices with emphasis on all aspects of the building process.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new software as needed.

·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
