CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE

We are a national leader in Construction Services (CS) with a staff that supports clients by acting as their trusted on-site agent through all phases of construction, from pre-design to close-out, by providing qualified construction managers, inspectors, constructability reviewers, schedulers, estimators and safety experts. As new technologies evolve throughout the construction industry, innovative ideas are required to maintain and deliver successful construction projects.

DESCRIPTION

Michael Baker is actively seeking a Construction Services Department Manager to join our team! This position can sit in Detroit, Lansing or Grand Rapids. This is a leadership position requiring significant construction and administration experience. The Construction Services Manager will focus attention on Michigan and the adjoining states and will be responsible for the overall development and execution of Michael Baker International’s Transportation Construction Practice business plan for growth, recruiting, staff development, profitability, and project performance with an emphasis on the Michigan surface transportation market. The qualified applicant must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of transportation CEI and Construction Management Services and a track record of successful project delivery and client relationships. COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $143,462 - $223,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
