Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to assist with design and manage the project through completion. This position will require travel to various active jobsites. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. They will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion: liaison from customer to internal team and departments, Lead, monitor project progress, coordinate, set deadlines and manage subcontracts.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and

methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil or Structural Engineering or related job experience

3D modeling experience preferred

Sound knowledge of inspection process and quality control procedures

Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Superb communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and

team members.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve project related

problems in a timely and effective way.

Experience in the precast concrete industry is highly desirable
