Construction Project Manager - Gloucester, VA

ST Pay Rate: up to $81/hr ST (1.5 OT)

Duration: Annual contract with extension likely

Hours: Proposed base work schedule is 40 hours a week, opportunities for overtime depending on work needs and Reports.

Work Location: Gloucester, Virginia

Job Summary:

Demonstrated experience in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership in the assigned project areas.

Skilled in developing, implementing and managing new construction and/or improvement projects that enhance the overall reliability, efficiency and safety of the plant.

Strong team building skills.

Effective negotiating skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.

Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.

Ability to resolve technical problems and implement changes.

Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.

Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
