General Accountability and Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil infrastructure, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping essential public and private infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end management of infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage systems, utility networks, site development).
•Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
•Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
•Manage on-site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
•Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
•Monitor and control project scope, time, cost, and quality.
•Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently to avoid project delays.
•Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or heavy civil construction.
•PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
•Strong knowledge of construction safety, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication.
Desirable Skills:
•Experience in public infrastructure, utility coordination, or design-build projects.
•Familiarity with GIS or CAD software.
Budget and financial management experience on multi-million-dollar projects.
