· Driver’s license and MVR requirement: Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
· Education: High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
· Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ previous experience in Powerline Operations or industrial construction management
· Technical Skills: Must have intermediate level computer skills for day-to-day operations, sending emails, navigating phone apps and completing project reports. Procore experience a plus
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
· Involved in the review of incoming projects
· Help estimating team with development of project estimates and sit in on bid reviews
· Participates in the hiring process and building out Altitude’s Transmission team
· Understand and comply with Company Policies and Operating Procedures
· Attend, prepare for, participate and lead meetings
· Has experience in these areas: use of forecasting tools, production tracking, % completes, budget tracking, billing, change order management, and punch lists.
· Can read, understand and follow all contract documents and ensure all work is completed according to contract documents
· Risk management: focus on avoiding delay costs, avoiding LDs, and avoiding claims
· Assists in compiling information for monthly billing and submittals
· Heavily involved in subcontractor management: cost tracking, identifying changed conditions, dispute management, risk management.
· Monitor and manage manpower, manhours, material, equipment, rentals and other job cost impact items.
· Monitor and manage project schedules and crew schedules. Adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. Inform leadership of schedule issues.
· Tooling and Equipment Management; you will assist with ensuring maintenance is up to date, employees trained to operate, kept organized, taken care of, kept clean and in working order, inspections are completed, taken out of service if damaged or broken.
· Responsible for quality control on your projects

· Facilitate technical and safety training for your team.

· JHA reviews to ensure they are thoroughly completed and correct deficiencies.
· Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping on your sites.
· Ensure trainings are up to date for your crews.
· Promotes and participates in Altitude’s ‘Monthly Safety Meetings’.
· Adheres to all applicable Altitude, Local, State and Federal safety standards and safety requirements.
· Wears all required protective and safety equipment while performing tasks that require it.
· Must be able to safely maneuver and walk around job sites.
· Able to speak and hear information through oral communication.
· Has visual acuity to see items clearly and sharply.
· Working at heights up to 200 feet.
· You are expected to manage multiple projects at any given time.
· To ensure projects under your direction are running smoothly and profitably, you will be required to make regular site visits and spend adequate time at each site throughout the duration of each project. It is important that you spend time on each job site to ensure success. In general, plan for at least multiple visits per month and multiple days per visit to each project. It is also required to increase the frequency and duration of your visits if one of your projects is performing poorly to implement some corrective action plans and also plan to be onsite during critical phases in the work scopes
· Excluding storm projects- work schedules/hours can be up to 12-hour days and up to 60-hours per week.
· Willing to work nights, weekends, out of town, overtime, outages, and storm calls as required.
· Transmission Division- You will be required to work around energized lines up to 345 KV and work near lines up to 500 KV
