Position Summary: The Construction Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain construction equipment and facilities essential for the optimal operation of the company.

While performing the duties of Construction Maintenance Technician, the employee is continually required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is occasionally required to crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of Construction Maintenance Technician, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
