Job Description:

Solar Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer/Operator with a strong work ethic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to concrete finishing, foundation work, tying rebar cages, steel erection, and excavation.

Operate construction equipment and machinery proficiently and safely.

Exhibit a strong willingness to travel for weeks at a time to project sites.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Drive company vehicles. If candite possess a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - CDL holders will receive a bonus.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and work hard is essential.

Ability to operate construction equipment and machinery is a plus.

Strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

US citizenship is required.
