Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and aligning sales strategies with Pramira's growth objectives. The role requires a strong network, industry expertise, and a proactive approach to expanding our presence in key construction markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
•Client Development & Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
•Pipeline Management: Identify and track new business opportunities, from initial outreach to project acquisition.
•Proposal & Bid Coordination: Work with marketing and estimating teams to prepare winning proposals and qualification packages.
•Industry Networking: Represent Pramira at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations to enhance visibility and build connections.
•Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
•Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, estimating, and project management teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
•Sales & Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and market trends to leadership.
•Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
•5+ years of proven success in business development (construction industry experience preferred)
•Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain repeat business with national and regional clients
•Strong understanding of commercial construction, tenant improvements, and design-build processes
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•Established network within construction, real estate, and development sectors
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools

SALARY RANGE
$75,000 - $130,000 (DOE)
