Job Summary: The Construction and Quality Control Manager oversees and enforces quality standards on construction sites. This role involves developing quality assurance policies, inspecting work and materials, maintaining documentation, and working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations stay within budget. Helps project managers meet deadlines by resolving any issues that arise on the construction site while adhering to safety regulations. Oversee all project Managers during the building process of all homes.
1. Work with VP of Operations to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Lead cross-functional teams, including project management, field operations, and support services.
3. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
4. Work with VP of Operations to coordinate timing and resolve any outstanding items.
5. Mentor and develop construction personnel to ensure maximum growth and development in each individual’s position.
1. Oversee project planning, execution, and close-out. Visit each jobsite weekly to review current construction condition.
3. Monitor project performance metrics (e.g., schedule, cost, quality).
4. Maintain weekly contact with clients and update Builder Trend.

- Minimum 5 years of construction operation experience
