Position Description

We are seeking motivated students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program in Conservation & Energy Efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience with programs and initiatives that help customers save energy, lower costs, and contribute to a more sustainable energy future. Interns will gain exposure to energy efficiency technologies, utility incentive programs, and conservation strategies while working alongside industry professionals.

- Support energy efficiency program operations, data collection, and reporting

- Assist with research on emerging technologies and conservation best practices

- Participate in customer outreach and education initiatives

- Analyze program data to evaluate savings and identify opportunities for improvement

- Work with cross-functional teams on projects related to sustainability and energy efficiency

Additional Information:

- Internships begin on May 18, 2026

- Interns will work 40 hours per week for a period of 10-12 weeks

Position Requirements

- Be pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study

- Have completed their first year at a 2-year college/university (transfer program) or 4-year college/university

- Be enrolled as a full-time student Fall 2026

- Successfully undergo pre-employment physical and drug screen if selected for this position

Salary Ranges:

Rising Sophomore: $17.00 per hour

Rising Junior: $18.00 per hour

Rising Senior: $19.00 per hour
