Concrete Superintendent

General Superintendent – Heavy Industrial Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Primarily Local Work) Schedule: 4/10s (Monday–Thursday), with occasional overtime

We’re seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to join our growing team of industrial construction professionals. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep experience in civil and structural concrete, who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to lead crews safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in heavy construction - 5+ years leading crews on heavy industrial, heavy commercial, or highway projects

- Proven ability to drive productivity, maintain high safety standards, and lead by example

- In-depth knowledge of OSHA/ MSHA safety regulations and a strong personal safety record

You Should Have Supervisory Experience In:

- Civil and industrial concrete construction.

- Structural steel erection.

- Mechanical.

- Carbon steel and stainless steel welded piping.

- Millwright work.

- Drilled piers.

- Forming, placing, and finishing industrial pads and structural rebar.

- Heavy equipment and rigging oversight.

- Enforcing and upholding industrial safety procedures and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and supervise field crews and subcontractors

- Coordinate tasks and schedules to meet project timelines and milestones

- Create and implement rigging/lifting plans

- Maintain project documentation and daily reports

- Ensure manpower, equipment, and materials are properly allocated

- Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients

- Enforce all safety procedures and quality standards on site

- Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment
