Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Concrete Plant Manager to join our team at our Ready-Mix Plant located in the Soddy Daisy, TN area. This position will report to the Ready-Mix Area Manager. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and be a self-starter.

The Concrete Plant Manager is responsible for managing plant location to make sure all safety procedures are being followed, optimizing plant performance, coordinating production schedules, and managing inventory. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in batching ready-mix concrete, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
