As a Computer Tech you will assist in the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, analysis, and repairing of computer systems, computer peripherals, and telephones and respond to service desk tickets as assigned. You will maintain reference material and reports observing established procedures or as directed.

You will report to the Manager - Software Systems Technology.

You must live in the Pittsburgh area, as this role is based in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role.
