Commissioning Mechanical Lead

I’ve been really fortunate over the years to build a network filled with absolute rockstars. People who show up, solve problems, and raise the bar everywhere they go.

I’m looking for one of those people again.

VP Consulting is recruiting a Mechanical Commissioning Lead for a Cameco site on a 2/2 rotation. This isn’t a “clipboard role” it’s hands-on commissioning leadership with real responsibility, real impact, and the expectation of excellence.

What I’m after:

• Journeyperson millwright or equivalent mechanical background

• Strong commissioning/start-up experience in brownfield industrial or mining

• Someone who can troubleshoot, lead trades, keep people safe, and close out systems cleanly

• A professional who takes pride in doing things the right way, every time

I’m also hiring on the electrical & instrumentation side, but this post is focused on mechanical.
