- Lead the marketing and sales effort to qualified residential customers
- Provide solar sales proposals and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems accurately for marketing, leads, proposals, and customer calls & meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct savings and pricing analysis, discounts, and proposal presentations to support accurate contracts and closing transactions.
- Learn from our partners and team members on product features, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Handle customer meetings and contract closings.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment aligned with safety standards and company policies.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through clear communication skills and motivating leadership.
- Proven sales experience in a residential industry or in solar or renewable industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
- Experience with lead generation and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Some knowledge of solar power benefits, and resi sales strategies.
- Basic math skills necessary for pricing accuracy and contract management.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that promotes positive customer experiences.
