Commercial Small Projects/Service Plumber (3 Yrs Exp Req)

Foster Plumbing LLC, a Crete United Company, is a commercial plumbing company founded in 1996. We are currently looking to add a member to our team who has at least 3 years of commercial service experience, preferably with a current Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber license. Work hours Monday-Friday vary with occasional afterhours/weekend work, primarily in the Denver Metro area. This is not a commission position and no selling is required.

Daily work will include (but is not limited to) repair/replacement/install of drinking fountains, water heaters, drain and water lines, fixture installs, TI improvement, commercial bathroom renovation, drain, waist, vent repairs and installs, and miscellaneous troubleshooting.

$30-$42 per hour plus bonus opportunities, company vehicle, fuel, parking, uniforms, and no out of pocket business expenses.

Necessary qualifications:

- Plumber must have knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used to perform services on commercial plumbing systems and drain cleaning.

- Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team.

- Verbal, Written & Computer communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and carry 50+lbs.

- Must have basic plumbing tools including saws, drill, impact, etc.

- Must be able to pass a reasonable background check with the ability to perform work in government facilities, schools, daycares, law enforcement facilities, defense, and federalcontractors.

Plumber must be personable with a professional appearance and have a great customer service attitude. Must be able to show up consistently and be on time. Must have fairly clean driving record and background.
