Experienced Service & Residential Plumber

As a Plumber with our company, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

* Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings, always adhering to local plumbing codes.

* Interpreting blueprints and specifications to accurately determine the layout of plumbing systems

* Collaborating effectively with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless plumbing installations.

* Conducting thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify existing issues or potential problems.

* Performing routine maintenance to ensure plumbing systems operate at peak performance.

* Responding promptly to emergency service calls to resolve urgent plumbing issues.

* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all work performed and materials utilized.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position.

* We require a minimum of three years of prior experience as a plumber. Additionally, this is a 100% commission-based role that requires a proactive individual willing to contribute to various aspects of our business, including;

* Developing leads and building strong relationships.

* Providing accurate project estimates.

* Efficiently scheduling work

* Completing plumbing tasks with excellence.

* Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications:*

* Sales experience is essential for this role.

* A valid Driver's License and a good driving record (Motor Vehicle Record from the DMV will be required).

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Must be a citizen of the United States

* Proven experience as a plumber; plumbing certification is considered a strong asset.

* Comprehensive knowledge of current plumbing codes and regulations.

* Proficiency in basic math for accurate measurements and calculations of pipe lengths and angles.

* Demonstrated ability to build and assemble pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.

* Field service experience is highly valued.

* Solid mechanical knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials used in the plumbing trade.

* Maintenance Person skills for performing general repairs and upkeep.

* Familiarity with power tools commonly used by plumbers.

* Basic carpentry skills for creating necessary openings in walls and floors.
