The Commercial Service Coordinator is accountable for managing the Commercial service customer journey from work order creation to issue resolution for non-contracted systems. Primary responsibilities include efficiently coordinating open service work orders with customers and maintaining technician schedules on a weekly basis. This role will work closely with Field Service Technicians, commercial service customers and site contacts to maximize our technician’s time in the field.
The Commercial Service Coordinator will report to the Commercial O&M Manager. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of 2/3 days at either our South Portland ME, Brentwood NH, or North Andover MA office.
- Respond to service inquiries in a timely manner via email and phone
- Act as primary point of contact for customers by responding to their service questions and concerns, providing estimates and warranty details regarding repair work
- Schedule service visits efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe to maximize positive customer experience and department utilization rates
- Coordinate with Service team, operations, and facilities team to respond to and resolve service calls
- Maintain individual service call records in CRM with all pertinent data including notes, estimates, photos, and updates to contacts
- Follow up with customers post service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and gather real-time feedback for continuous improvement
- Work alongside technicians to provide feedback to Commercial Service leadership, operations and other departments as needed to improve installation techniques, customer satisfaction, maximize technician utilization rates and minimize service ticket durations
- Regularly update Commercial Service team on successes, challenges, and needs to effectively coordinate service work
- Support Commercial Service team with administrative tasks as needed
- Ability to reliably commute to one of our branch locations in either South Portland ME. Brentwood NH, or North Andover MA.
- Highly organized with ability to set priorities
- Strong competence with common computer programs including Excel, Word, e-mail and web-based applications
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to foster a positive team environment

- Experience as an electrical service coordinator
- Experience as a field service technician or electrician
- Experience in the construction, solar or HVAC industries
