Roofing Royalty Wanted at Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI! We're hiring a full-time Roofing Field Superintendent and offering more than just a paycheck - we'll even cover your mortgage for the first 3 months (up to $4,500) and bridge any health insurance gaps to help you transition smoothly. This competitive pay for this position ranges from $75,000 – $120,000/year.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A COMMERCIAL ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position that typically follows a Monday – Friday schedule. Flexibility may occasionally be needed to meet project demands or weather-related timelines.

As the Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you'll start each day by checking in with your crews and ensuring that up to three job sites are ready to go. You'll lead the charge on daily operations, transforming teams into rockstars while managing project timelines, budgets, and quality. You'll make sure safety protocols are strictly followed, coordinate materials, interpret blueprints like second nature, and solve problems before they can become issues. You'll schedule crews and subcontractors with efficiency, maintain clear documentation, and keep everyone aligned from project kickoff to final walkthrough.
