Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of various construction processes. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, manage site safety, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
•Manage daily operations on the job site to ensure project milestones are met.
•Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
•Review blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work.
•Oversee the installation of roofing, wall panels, edge metal/flashing, gutters/scuppers, and other construction tasks.
•Ensure quality control by inspecting work performed for compliance with specifications.
•Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
•Collaborate with management to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.
•Assist in remodeling tasks including trim carpentry and maintenance person services as needed.
•Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
Experience
•Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
•Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
•Experience with all types of roofing systems, mod-bit, TPO, PVC, metal, shingles, slate, and other roofing types
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
