Commercial Journeyman Electrician

$1500 Signing Bonus

4-day work week available

Wage range of $30-$40 per hour based on experience

Sentry Electric, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Commercial Journeyman electrician to join our team. Job duties and responsibilities include:

- Manage and setup a job site and coordinate a project from the field to provide a high quality, safe and code compliant product

- Recognize and troubleshoot common to complex electrical problems

- Work with and alongside other trades to complete a project

- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit

- Work with and supervise apprentice staff in all jobs. Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and all electrical systems within the scope of the job

- Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels

Qualifications:

- Candidate must hold a current State of Nebraska Journeyman's license with 1 year experience

- Possess good leadership and people skills

- Valid driver's license

- Pass background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday

OR

- 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
