Objective:
To manage a commercial irrigation portfolio by delivering high-quality, cost-effective irrigation services, supporting teams, and ensuring seamless project execution in collaboration with the Irrigation Director.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Communicate regularly with Irrigation Director and site contacts to understand client needs.
•
Oversee all irrigation operations in assigned area: scheduling, logistics, labor, and subcontractor coordination.
•
Perform fieldwork as needed to meet demand and uphold service quality.
•
Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop irrigation crew members.
•
Manage paperwork for staffing, and operational reporting.
•
Ensure compliance with safety standards and monitor team safety practices.
•
Manage materials procurement, job costing, and site equipment.
•
Assist with irrigation design proposals and client meetings.
Required Experience:
•
4+ years in commercial irrigation (2-wire and conventional wiring, pumps, controllers).
•
2+ years in customer service/leadership, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
•
Hands-on equipment knowledge (trenchers, multimeters, pipe sizing, wire locators).
•
Ability to read and create irrigation maps.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
•
Valid U.S. driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
•
Work in extreme weather (heat, sunlight).
•
Lift up to 50 lbs; perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting.
•
Work in traffic areas and near bodies of water.
•
8+ hour workdays, 5 days a week, with some overtime/weekend work required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
