The Landscape Irrigation Manager will be responsible for leading, scheduling, and overseeing irrigation installation projects, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective execution. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing teams and a high level of organization, accountability, and communication. The ideal candidate will also bring strong documentation habits, technological proficiency, and the ability to work across multiple job sites with minimal oversight.
Candidates with a State of Florida Irrigation License will be given strong preference, as licensure reflects the technical and professional standards expected for this role.
· Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion.
· Train and develop irrigation installation teams and provide day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.
· Manage all aspects of irrigation installations and repairs, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
· Troubleshoot irrigation issues and read and scale irrigation plans to develop accurate cost estimates.
· Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plans for employees.
· Manage training and support of irrigation team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
· Order materials, monitor costs and deliveries, and assist with creating estimates for irrigation installation projects.
· Maintain job files, attend pre-walks and turn-over meetings, and create as-built documentation.
· Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in irrigation installation/construction projects.
· State of Florida issued Irrigation License (or capable of passing the test within 90 days) is essential.
· Strong knowledge and experience with cloud-based and computerized irrigation controller systems.
· Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications, including MS Office Suite.
· Valid driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
· Plant, irrigation, construction, and drainage knowledge is essential.
· Competent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual Spanish preferred).
· Dedication to learning and improving company standards, procedures, and goals.

· Must have a valid driver’s license; Class D and CDL are a plus.
