Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who brings a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in electrical work and basic plumbing. •

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, and refrigeration equipment

•

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components related to HVAC systems (motors, relays, contactors, wiring, etc.)

•

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

•

Diagnose issues and perform minor plumbing tasks, such as condensate drain lines, gas piping, and water connections

•

Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients

•

Respond to emergency calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism

•

Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Qualifications

•

3+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician

•

Strong working knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and troubleshooting

•

Basic plumbing skills (e.g., piping, drainage, minor repairs)

•

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

•

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

•

Excellent communication and customer service skills

•

Willingness to participate in rotating on-call/emergency service schedule

•

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and work in various environmental conditions

•

Experience with rooftop unit (RTU) replacements and crane operations

•

Familiarity with digital work order systems or mobile apps for field service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
