Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical projects and ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with expertise in reading blueprints and schematics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experiencing estimating projects. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to OSHA regulations.
Minimum of 10 Years experience estimating and supervising commercial projects.
Duties
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on construction sites.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
•Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
•Schedule project timelines and manage resources effectively using tools such as Primavera.
•Collaborate with project managers to ensure contracts are fulfilled according to specifications.
•Maintain clear communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
•Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
•Provide accurate estimates and proposals for new commercial projects.
Skills
•Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding electrical schematics.
•Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.
•Experience in project scheduling, particularly with Primavera software.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
•Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
•Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
•Experience using ProCore, and Accubid or similar project management software is a plus.
