- Great Work Culture: Be part of an empowering and collaborative community.The Commercial Dispatcher role is a full-time, in-office role responsible for efficiently managing service operations while providing timely, courteous, and efficient dispatching of service work orders and excellent customer service to our technicians and customers.
- 2+ years of administrative or dispatching experience
- Knowledge with all or some of the following a plus:
- - Viewpoint
- Field Management Software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Contact Center Phone System
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interactions with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to efficiently handle scheduling, dispatching, and administrative tasks while talking on the phone or helping a technician in person
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based setting with occasional overtime during peak periods
- On-call dispatch rotation
- Coordinate technician assignments and maintain balanced workloads using dispatch software and daily capacity logs.
- Create and update work orders, track open and unbilled orders, and ensure timely invoicing and permit coordination.
- Quickly assess and address scheduling conflicts or operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Willing and capable to handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Dispatch Manager & Production Managers
