To improve profitability and enhance competitive advantage by accessing optimum contract rates and commercial terms with new and existing clients across area of responsibility. Managing the commercial input of proposals, bids and tenders. Ensure full compliance with all company internal processes, procedures and legislation. Ensure accurate and complete compliance of commercial packages for inquiries, invitations to tender and contract extensions. Providing analysis of the market and competitors positions to maximize the benefit to the area of responsibility.

- Collect and analyze market and competitor information collected

- Collect and analyze of client operational information and commercial data

- Review, manage and propose amendments to existing contract rates, pricing structures and commercial terms

- Prepare business cases, P&L’s, and analysis to support investment opportunities

- Prepare and submit Bid Evaluation Reports for approval

- Lead client commercial negotiations

- Research and report upon the fiscal probity of clients new to Expro

- Liaise with Finance departments as appropriate for area of responsibility

- Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any issues or concerns

- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.

- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures

- Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules

- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met

Job Knowledge And Qualifications

- Degree or professional qualification preferable Finance or Economic related

- Knowledge of Contracts and P&L’s

- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
