Position Summary:

We are hiring for permanent Combo Vac Operator positions, offering long-term, year-round work. These roles involve a variety of Vac truck assignments, including Combo Vac, Hydrovac, and Trackvacs, with tasks such as excavation, industrial cleaning, and oil and gas environmental services. Duties may include confined space entry and cross-training on all equipment to meet business and project needs.

Ideal candidates are flexible and capable of operating Hydro, Combo Vac, and other equipment as required. We offer competitive wages based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize Health and Safety by strictly adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures at all times.

- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment

- Maintain and update drivers' logbooks in compliance with federal hours of service regulations.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day.

- Immediately report any incidents, accidents, near misses, or equipment damage.

Qualifications:

- Operator - valid class 1 or 3 driver's license

- Minimum 1 year of directly related experience

- Valid industry safety tickets, including but not limited to: H2S, First Aid, Ground Disturbance Level ll Supervisor, Confined Space, and Fall Protection

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

- Reliability and consistent attendance are imperative to this position

- Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision

Pre-hire Interview Requirements:

- 8 Panel Drug and Alcohol Screen

- Driver Evaluation

- 5 year commercial drivers abstract (clean or minimal demerits)

Expected Hours of Work:

- Operator positions are full-time hourly roles with varying standard work hours. These positions require on-call availability 24/7, except during pre-approved time off by your direct supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
