We are an early-stage U.S. graphite manufacturing company with deep technical expertise

from Asia, with the capability of producing high-purity graphite materials tailored for energy storage and battery applications in the US. As the demand for domestic, high-performance graphite grows — driven by the EV and energy storage sectors — we are building a company positioned to lead the reshoring of this critical supply chain for the US, with the experience from leaders in Asia.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a

to lead

. You’ll partner closely with the technical founding team to translate cutting-edge graphite technology into a scalable, revenue-generating business. This is a high-impact, leadership role for a seasoned operator or commercial executive from the

, with experience launching products, building supply chains, securing customer relationships, and scaling operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development of our commercial roadmap, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and channel development

Leverage your network and expertise to identify, engage, and secure offtake agreements with battery cell manufacturers, EV OEMs, and energy storage players

Oversee the design and execution of graphite manufacturing scale-up, including pilot and full-scale operations in partnership with the technical team

Forge key commercial, supply chain, and strategic partnerships across the battery ecosystem

Support capital raises by representing the commercial opportunity and market traction to investors, DOE programs, and strategic partners
