We are seeking a
Co-Founderto lead
commercialization and operations. You’ll partner closely with the technical founding team to translate cutting-edge graphite technology into a scalable, revenue-generating business. This is a high-impact, leadership role for a seasoned operator or commercial executive from the
battery, materials, or energy storage sectors, with experience launching products, building supply chains, securing customer relationships, and scaling operations.
Lead the development of our commercial roadmap, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and channel development
Leverage your network and expertise to identify, engage, and secure offtake agreements with battery cell manufacturers, EV OEMs, and energy storage players
Oversee the design and execution of graphite manufacturing scale-up, including pilot and full-scale operations in partnership with the technical team
Forge key commercial, supply chain, and strategic partnerships across the battery ecosystem
Support capital raises by representing the commercial opportunity and market traction to investors, DOE programs, and strategic partners
