CNC Programmer/Machinist/Operater

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery and be proficient in programming and operating various equipment.

Duties:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications

- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards

- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance as needed

- Utilize solid works programming software for machining operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Mazatrol and Fanuc

- Familiarity with tools like bore gauges, lathe, micrometers, etc

- Ability to fabricate parts using various materials

- Knowledge of machining processes and techniques

- Strong attention to detail and precision in work

- Forklift operation experience is a plus
