Major Duties and Responsibilities
•
Set up of vises, machine tools, and work stops required for different jobs
•
Ability to manually program jobs using G-code and conversational inputs
•
Required to perform tool and work offset and set up
•
Able to run part and preform inspection
•
Ability to adjust feeds and speeds accordingly
•
Strong ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Experience/Education
•
5 years relevant experience
•
Cad programming experience considered an asset
•
Experience working on Haas Machines is an asset
•
Experience on Fanuc Controls and Numroto software is an asset
•
Manual machining experience is required
•
Strong working knowledge and skill in grinding applications preferred
•
Experience in multi axis machining (3, 4 and 5 Axis machines) required
