The company motto has always been to "Treat others as you would have them treat you" and we are in search of a full time CNC Machinist at our facility, located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

General Description: Proficient in CNC Machining

Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Follows all safety guidelines and standards.

•

Check all documentation before beginning a work order.

•

Check material for size and correct dimensions as well as quantity before beginning the work order.

•

Setup machine and/or any tooling required to machine/grind the parts.

•

Record all information on work order.

•

Complete Production Log daily.

•

Clean and maintain work area.

•

Performs general lubrication maintenance to the work center.

•

Maintain neat and accurate written documentation as required.

•

Report any problems or quality concerns to supervisor immediately.

•

Other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

•

Ability to read Micrometers, calipers and tape measure

•

Ability to read and decipher shop/machine drawings

•

CNC experience

•

Basic reading and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

•

Dexterity skills & balance

•

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

•

Ability to lift (with hands & arms), bend, stoop, squat, stand or walk for extended periods of time

•

Good oral & written communication skills

•

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

•

Ability to run overhead crane

•

Ability to become forklift certified

Education/Experience:

•

High School Diploma or Equivalent

•

Prior experience helpful
