About This Job

JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabrication company, is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Press Brake Operator to join our production team!

Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, great attendance, and is ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

•

Operate and set up CNC press brakes to bend and form metal parts

•

Read blueprints or work instructions to complete jobs accurately

•

Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to inspect parts

•

Learn how to adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed

•

Work with your team to hit daily production goals

•

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

•

Manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required)

•

Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn

•

Experience using measurement tools like micrometers, calipers or tape measures

•

Strong attention to detail and quality

•

Excellent attendance and punctuality — this is critical!

•

Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift

•

Positive attitude and strong team mindset
