Job Description:
•Secure loads in compliance with DOT and Norfolk Iron & Metal Load Securement policies.
•Assist truck loaders to ensure your load is loaded properly.
•Follow DOT regulations for weighing the truck.
•Complete DVIR for pre and post trips.
•Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
•Ensure that all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
•Typical Routes: New York City Proper, Long Island, Yonkers other locations based on the company needs.

Required:
•Class A CDL — Must also have current medical card and meet all NIM and
DOT employment qualifications.
