CDL Class A Driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a Flatbed trailer, delivery truck, or dump truck

- Load and unload cargo using manual or mechanical equipment, such as forklifts

- Plan and follow designated routes for efficient and timely delivery

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

- Ensure the safe handling and secure transportation of freight

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles

- Proven ability to load and unload cargo safely

- Knowledge of route planning and navigation systems

- Familiarity with dump trucks and other commercial vehicles

- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs if needed

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
