Our growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires a leader who can manage client relationships, direct project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.
A successful candidate in this role will have 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a PE license in the state they will be working out of. This individual will have experience with leadership and mentoring junior staff members.
The role primarily focuses on land development projects primarily within the retail, commercial, and residential space and will focus on working municipal agencies and multiple disciplines.
This role is hybrid and can be based on the following locations: Meriden, Hartford, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Cherry Hill, Harrisburg, Nashville, Denver, Melville, Norwood, Warwick, Miami, Orlando
