Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering projects from planning to execution.
Duties
•
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
•
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
•
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
•
Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
•
Conduct regular site visits to construction sites to oversee progress and address any issues
•
Utilize software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera for project management
•
Review and interpret schematics and Civil 3D drawings
•
Utilize HeavyBid for estimating purposes
Skills
•
Proficiency in project management methodologies
•
Strong knowledge of construction site operations
•
Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera
•
Ability to interpret schematics and Civil 3D drawings
•
Familiarity with HeavyBid for estimating purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
