- Oversee all senior operational and departmental leaders
- Lead all operational and administrative functions across multi-state terminals and departments, including transportation, safety, maintenance, and logistics.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable goals and operational strategies to ensure sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Partners and Accounting team to establish performance goals and metrics; oversee financial forecasting and budget planning across operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction; initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety programs, compliance, and fleet operations, ensuring adherence to DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Direct strategic procurement decisions, capital investment planning, and resource allocation to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Represent the company in major contract negotiations, client and partner interactions, and industry forums.
- Foster a strong leadership culture across all terminals; mentor and develop senior operations and safety leaders.
- Lead crisis response planning, risk mitigation efforts, and business continuity strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field required.
- Ten or more (10+) years of progressively responsible leadership in transportation, logistics, or heavy industrial operations.- Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with all endorsements.
- Ability to provide own tools.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
