This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Ceramics Manufacturing Operator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Ceramics Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. The ceramics product center powder includes pressed, sintered, and ground to fabricate fuel pellets. The candidate will learn all aspects of fabrication in the area. Your work will include:

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The starting pay rate for this position is $24.75 per hour. After a successfully completed introductory period the pay increases to $25.75 per hour and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
