The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a CEMS Engineer to lead the design and delivery of custom, regulatory-compliant CEMS solutions from concept to installation. This role ensures every system we build is technically sound, aligned with client needs, and completed with consistency, precision, and care. You’ll manage everything from system schematics to fabrication workflows, bringing engineering excellence to life in the field.
● Develop complete CEMS system designs including drawings, wiring diagrams, and detailed schematics.
● Write and maintain technical documentation such as installation manuals, calibration procedures, and compliance reports.
● Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring part compatibility and availability.
● Oversee the full process of system integration, including analyzers, enclosures, racks, and sample systems.
● Standardize and document SOPs to guide fabrication, testing, and installation.
● Ensure design reviews, change management, and internal approvals are executed with discipline and accuracy.
● Partner with project managers, procurement, and service teams to ensure on-time, field-ready solutions.
● Improve engineering and integration processes to boost efficiency, reduce rework, and maintain regulatory alignment.
● Drive innovation in design and integration to support the company’s reputation as a compliance solutions leader.
● Demonstrated experience designing and integrating complex technical systems (CEMS or related fields preferred).
● Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in environmental monitoring.
● Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent, and experience producing accurate schematics and BOMs.
● Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can lead process improvement.
● Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and urgency.
