Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements to support our oilfield and pipeline operations. This role involves operating a variety of equipment for hotshot runs, transporting nitrogen liquids, hauling oilfield equipment, and supporting critical field operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in oil & gas and/or pipeline environments, and a strong understanding of DOT and HAZMAT safety protocols. A hands on working ethic when on job sites or shop.
Key Responsibilities:
•Safely operate Class A CMVs with tanker and hazmat loads, including:
•Liquid nitrogen transport
•Valves, tools, skids, etc. for hotshot deliveries
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring mechanical readiness and DOT compliance
•Load, secure, and unload cargo following all safety regulations
•Maintain accurate logs using ELD systems and ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations
•Communicate with field supervisors, and clients regarding job status and delivery timelines
•Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
•Follow company and site-specific safety protocols, including PPE usage and spill prevention
•Support field operations with rig-up/rig-down activities as required
Requirements:
•Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H or X) endorsements
•Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in oil & gas or pipeline industry
•Proven experience with hotshot trucking, nitrogen liquid hauling, or equipment transport
•Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
•Strong understanding of HAZMAT regulations and tanker safety practices
•Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
•Ability to pass hair follicle drug testing
•Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with cryogenic liquids or nitrogen pumping operations
•Understanding pipeline services or pipeline construction
•Mechanical aptitude or basic troubleshooting skills
