We treat our employees like family and want each to succeed. We give them the tools they need and encourage their growth. Our Carpet Techs are an important part of our customer service. Our Techs, no matter the position, respectful, caring, listen to the needs of the client and make sure they are happy and satisfied with the service provided. We also have an expectation for our techs to be clean and neat in personal hygiene and appearance.
You will be trained how to calculate costs for cleaning and learn the techniques to accomplish the best results in water extraction, dry cleaning and spot removal. We encourage our techs to become IICRC/CCT certified which is paid for by the company.
Generally, our Carpet Tech hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Occasionally there are carpets that must be cleaned during a client’s non-operating hours which could be early in the morning or later in the evening.
