Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
•
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
•
Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
•
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
•
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
•
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
•
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests regarding cleanliness.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
•
Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
•
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
•
Ability to pass background checks as required by company policies.
