Network Cabling Technician

A fully competent, professional. Responsible for maintenance of telecom cabling system. Reads and interprets blue prints and completes "as built" drawings. Identifies and corrects moderately complex cabling system problems at remote sites. Tests, adjusts and troubleshoots telecom infrastructure. Acts as liaison during installation, rearrangement, and/or removal of equipment. Works under minimal supervision and independently performs duties of moderate complexity. Completes moves, adds, and changes for various locations. Federal, state, and county background checked. Technical skills with fiber optic, coax, and copper terminations. Must have reliable transportation as we perform voice, data, and video cabling and equipment installs throughout the Baltimore/DC/NoVA metro area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.27 - $32.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
