✓ Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory and production needs
✓ Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
✓ Track orders and maintain accurate records in the ERP system
✓ Resolve issues with deliveries, invoices, or order discrepancies
✓ Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure material flow
✓ Follow procurement policies and maintain documentation
✓ Receive mentorship and ongoing training from senior buyers
➤ Associate’s degree or coursework in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
➤ 0–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support
➤ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
➤ Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
➤ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
➤ Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team
