. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in purchasing and supply chain management who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quote and support sales contracts

- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders

- Manage standard inventory items using ERP systems

- Schedule materials to meet inventory objectives

- Review and process return purchase orders

- Enter credits and debits upon request

- Maintain knowledge of supply base including cost, lead time, and capabilities

- Build and maintain supplier relationships

- Align purchasing activities with corporate objectives (ROCE, sales, operations)

- Understand and utilize the Purchasing System for contracts and scheduling agreements

- Evaluate risk and alternatives for contractual agreements

- Maintain general understanding of internal processing equipment

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers

- Meet all TKMNA employee attributes and competencies

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

- General understanding of company policies and accurate recordkeeping

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

- 2+ years of purchasing experience
