This role blends abstract systems analysis with technical execution, requiring critical thinking, industry knowledge, creative tactics, and a deep understanding of power dynamics. You will also collaborate with internal teams on how S.E.E.D. itself strategically positions against the world’s largest competitors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in digital payroll systems
- Familiarity with W-2 processing, benefit deductions, and employer-side tax obligations
- Experience setting up and/or managing employee benefit systems (health, dental, 401(k))
- Strong organizational skills
- Work one-on-one with clients to assess business positioning, internal structure, and market vulnerabilities
- Analyze competitive landscapes across industries and identify tactical paths forward
- Build strategic growth frameworks tailored to each client’s scale, goals, and constraints
- Develop counter-strategies against major corporations dominating client sectors
- Translate abstract macroeconomic or industry-level challenges into executable strategies
- Draft high-level strategy reports and present them in clear, technically-grounded terms
- Support clients in business model redesign, long-term planning, and survivability strategy
- Monitor regulatory, technological, and economic changes that affect client positioning
- Conduct deep research into competitors’ structures, legal advantages, and weaknesses
- Collaborate with internal product, legal, marketing, and financial teams on coordinated strategy deployments
- Assist in building strategic toolkits, SOPs, and systems to replicate success across client types
- Participate in internal discussions about how S.E.E.D. can itself challenge global monopolistic entities; through data, structure, partnerships, and legal frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in strategic consulting, intelligence analysis, or systems design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — must translate complexity to clarity
- Deep understanding of competitive economics, market systems, and institutional power
- Critical thinker with ability to formulate paths forward where others see no leverage
