In this role, you’ll champion stronger Records and Information Management (RIM) practices across multiple teams and systems. You’ll identify risks, audit processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders and individual contributors. Your expertise will guide improvements that not only ensure compliance but also elevate the integrity of record-keeping in every format. From planning to execution, you’ll lead remediation projects that make compliance seamless and strengthen the foundation of our information management ecosystem.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
- Assists with process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on increased efficiency and reduced costs
- Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data
- Collaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
- Assists in development of change management activities
- Updates, monitors, and validates the enterprise retention schedule and leads routine Retention Team Meetings with key stakeholders
- Develops marketing and training materials in consultation with internal and external stakeholder
- Facilitates records turnover or intake during acquisitions and divestitures
- Guides and supports RIM tasks during application and database decommissioning and archiving processes
- Administers and maintains RIM applications and implements improvements with third-party providers and Williams IT
- Leads quality assurance and quality control projects for RIM applications

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and five (5) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Preferred: Proficiency with process mapping and value stream mapping
- Preferred: Good working knowledge of Microsoft365 SharePoint platform including the Purview compliance suite
- Preferred: Project management skills including project planning, scheduling, and accountability
- Up to 25% travel
, Develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process driven systems requirements.
