Entry-Level Business and Financial Analystto join our team supporting the financial and operational performance of thermal and renewable energy assets. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field who are eager to launch a career in the energy sector. You’ll gain hands-on experience in asset performance monitoring, financial modeling, and stakeholder communication while working alongside experienced professionals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for energy assets.
- Support the development of annual budgets and business plans.
- Help maintain compliance with project contracts and reporting obligations.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain Excel-based models for budgeting, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Participate in meetings with project owners, lenders, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset management strategies.
- Organize project documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
- Learn to identify and communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
